In order to be successful, public awareness of the efforts on the future San Diego Sheriff’s Museum needs to be as broad as possible. To that end, we are working hard to get the word out via a number of communication outlets. In addition to the website, the Museum recently launched new social media channels, including Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram. Each now features regular posts highlighting SDSO history, law enforcement trivia, profiles of the Museum’s leadership, and updates on progress on the new Museum. Also, members of the Museum Board are hitting the lecture circuit, speaking to community groups interested in hearing about our efforts.

You can help us raise awareness about the Museum in the community! Follow us on social media and share our content with others, or request a member of our speakers bureau at your next gathering. Museum supporters have the power to play a meaningful role in championing the mission of and aspirations for the future new Sheriff’s Museum.
